Our Mission

Stacy Zotter has been nailing it in real estate as a broker and investor for 20+ years. Starting as a home flipper (before HGTV), she established a team and efficient processes for quickly renovating homes on a budget to maximize returns. Throughout the years, she has also helped more than 50 of her real estate clients get their homes ready to sell or renovated to fit their needs. She did all of this in her free time while raising three girls with her husband and working a corporate job.  But it wasn't until she "retired" that her focus shifted to pursuing a passion for helping young women build confidence and exposing them to opportunities available to them in the construction trades - such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, tile, and HVAC. Combining her love for construction with her desire to impact the lives of young women, she became a licensed General Contractor in North Carolina where she is committed to serving her clients while mentoring young women.
As an Army veteran, Stacy has been a professional in two fields where women are few and far between. She would like nothing more than to change that... So she is.
