Bright, Functional Living: Raleigh Remodel

Our goal with this living area and kitchen refresh was to create a cohesive, modern, and functional living space that flows seamlessly from the kitchen to the rest of the home. The kitchen received a full update, including painted cabinetry, a custom built range hood, new chef's range, expanding countertops by removing the outdated bar counter behind the sink, installing a new single-bowl undermount sink, quartz countertops, shiplap accents, and a coordinating subway tile backsplash. Beyond the kitchen, the project included installing 600 sq ft of new hardwoods in the bonus/rec room, refinishing hardwood floors throughout, a renewed fireplace with a ledger stone facade and custom mantle, and a remodeled stairway banister, resulting in a bright, updated, and highly functional space designed for everyday living.
